Privacy Policy

This policy explains who processes your personal data and how, in connection with the use of mofina.art, contact via the form, and business correspondence (including e-mail).

1Data controller

The controller is Daniel Mofina, running a photography and film business under the Mofina.art brand, Wrocław, Poland.

2What data and from where

• From the contact form - name, e-mail, phone (optional), project type, date, location, budget and message. Provided voluntarily; e-mail and message are required to reply.
• From correspondence - data you share by e-mail or call (e.g. company details, project arrangements).
• Company data (cold outreach) - when I contact your company with a B2B offer, I process publicly available business contact details (e.g. office@, marketing@) obtained from company websites, registers or industry directories.
• Technical data - the site uses no tracking or analytics cookies. It only remembers your theme choice (light/dark) in the browser (localStorage). YouTube videos load only after you click, in a limited-cookie mode (youtube-nocookie).

4Recipients

• Web3Forms - contact form delivery (sending the message to my address).
• Hosting provider - website and e-mail hosting (server in Poland/EU).
• Google / YouTube - videos embedded on the video page (loaded only after you click).

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area - where this happens, it is based on appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

5Retention

• Correspondence and enquiries - until the matter is closed and for the limitation period of possible claims.
• Accounting records - for the period required by law (generally 5 years).
• Marketing contact data - until you object or the data is no longer needed.

6Your rights

You have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (including direct marketing). Where consent was the basis, you may withdraw it at any time.

To exercise your rights, write to hi@mofina.art. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO, uodo.gov.pl).

7Cold outreach - objection

If you received a message from me with a collaboration offer and don't want more - just reply "STOP". I'll immediately remove your address and won't contact you again. I only write to business addresses, on matters related to the company's activity.

8Changes

This policy may be updated. The current version is always available at this address, with the last-updated date shown at the top.
